BUDGET

We analyse the sketches, materials, hardnesses and anticipate possible deformations and alterations of the piece. In the case of welding service, we select the most appropriate technique (Laser, Microplasma, Tig, etc.). In the case of the engraving service,  we analyse the computer files to do so.nWith all this, we can now deliver your tailor-made quote.

TO WELD

We apply the selected technique in each case, with appropriate contributions to the type of steel, hardness and treatments (In case of nitrided, sulfurized, etc., we have special rods
We solve all kinds of problems: Burrs, Breaks and scarfing, Leaks, Modification of figures, Reproduction of figures due to wear, Filling of worn injection points, Flattened areas, Erosion casts, Die breakage, Interior of regattas and Contributions in areas of difficult access.

TO RECORD

We adjust the computer files and position the part to adjust it with the software so that it can be engraved with the greatest reliability and speed. We adjust the software taking into account the material and depth of engraving required.

FINAL FINISHING

We pack it safely and manage the transport. 
Everything in a reduced space of time so that it affects as little as possible the productive process of your company.
We use the most advanced technology such as LASER welding and MICROPLASMA welding, as well as more traditional technology such as TIG welding and AUTOGENOUS welding. We put all this at your service with the aim of giving the best results.
