How do we work?

Step by step

Have you not worked with us yet? Don't worry, we explain our way of working step by step to get quality work in the shortest possible time.

CONTACT

Get in touch with us so we can give you a fully customized quote, with all the details regarding transport, deadlines and other information.

QUOTE

We analyze the sketches, materials, and hardness, and anticipate potential deformations and alterations to the piece. If welding is required, we select the most suitable technique (laser, microplasma, TIG, etc.). If engraving is required, we analyze the digital files to perform the necessary work. With all this information, we can then provide you with a customized quote.

WELDING

We apply the selected technique in each case, using appropriate fillers for the type of steel, hardness, and treatments (in the case of nitrided, sulfonated, etc., we have special rods). We solve all types of problems: burrs, breaks and chipping, leaks, modification of shapes, reproduction of shapes due to wear, filling of worn injection points, flattened areas, erosion castings, die breakage, groove interiors, and fillers in hard-to-reach areas.

ENGRAVING

We adjust the computer files and position the workpiece to align it with the software, ensuring the engraving is performed with maximum reliability and speed. We fine-tune the software based on the material and the required engraving depth.

FINAL FINISH

We pack it securely and manage the transport.
All in a short timeframe to minimize disruption to your company's production process.
